By downloading or using Simple Notes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Simple Notes is a free markdown notes application for iOS and macOS. Notes are stored in your personal iCloud Drive account. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice.
Simple Notes requires an active iCloud account to store and sync notes. You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account and ensuring sufficient storage. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from iCloud service interruptions, account issues, or actions taken by Apple.
You retain full ownership of all notes and content you create in Simple Notes. Your notes are stored in your own iCloud account and are never accessed, processed, or viewed by us. You are solely responsible for the content you store using the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Simple Notes. Because no personal data is collected, there are no additional restrictions related to children's use.
Simple Notes is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Note storage and sync reliability is subject to Apple's iCloud service availability. Use the app at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Notes and its operators shall not be liable for any loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any iCloud service interruption.
The Simple Notes app, including its design, code, and assets, is the property of its developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without explicit written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on this page. Continued use of Simple Notes after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
